Deci e oficial de ceva vreme: Yahoo a respins oferta Microsoft!
Interesant este raspunsul dat de Microsoft refuzului. Spicuiesc din comunicat:

right to pursue all necessary steps to ensure that
Yahoo!' shareholders are provided with the opportunity
to realize the value inherent in our proposal.
sa inteleg(em) ca are de gand sa-i cumpere pe fiecare in parte? :-)(nu ca n-ar putea, doar au oferit un pret per actiune cu 40% mai mare decat se tranzactioneaza la bursa)
e doar joc de glezne, niciunul nu mai poate fără celălalt în faţa google.totul nu mai este decât o chestiune de bani şi msf ar putea ridica oferta de la 32 la 35 coco, dar nu este exclus să mai pluseze până la nivelul de 40 coco, cât şi-ar dori yang.
