<p>La <a href="http://socialnetworks.ro" target="_blank">Social Networks Strategy</a>, Alina Floroi de la <a href="http://www.theshortcut.ro/research/2011/11/28/studiu-mame-pe-facebook-scurt/" target="_blank">ShortCUT Research</a>, a prezentat o parte dintr-un studiu dedicat femeilor de peste 45 de ani, care sunt active pe Facebook. In Romania, ele reprezinta o comunitate de 130.000 de persoane.</p>
<p>Prezentarea de mai sus va o fera o idee buna asupra comportamentului lor pe Facebook, dar, mai ales, asa cum spuneam si la conferinta, este un model si pentru alte segmente pe care companiile ar trebui sa le investigheze. Astfel de informatii nu pot decat sa ofere un bun punct de pornire in comunicarea cu segmentul dorit.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: left;"><img class="aligncenter" title="Social Media Specialist" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4126/5007008029_8ed10b4f60_o.jpg" alt="" width="303" height="267" />Pentru <a href="http://webstock.ro" target="_blank">Webstock 2011</a>, am creat un micro-eveniment de jumatate de zi dedicat practicienilor in social media din Romania. Ideea a pornit de la un <a href="http://linkd.in/SMPRomania  " target="_blank">grup</a> special creat pe LinkedIn la care au aderat deja foarte multi oameni si de la sondajul &#8220;<a href="http://www.portalhr.ro/studiu-state-of-social-media-employment/" target="_blank">State of Social Media Employment&#8221;</a>, anuntat ieri de <a href="http://portalhr.ro" target="_blank">PortalHR</a>, <a href="http://evensys.ro" target="_blank">Evensys</a> si subsemnatul.</p>
<p>Cu acest sondaj dorim sa prezentam la Webstock o prima imagine a omului de social media din Romania. Cred ca va ajuta foarte mult dezvoltarea viitoarelor cariere in domeniu si va oferi informatii utile celor care recruteaza si nu numai. De aceea, daca te incadrezi in profilul celor care lucreaza cu social media in comunicare, marketing, adevertising, online, te invit sa completezi <a href="http://survey.constantcontact.com/survey/a07e4s80162gsa8ogek/start" target="_blank">sondajul</a>.</p>
<p>La incheierea sondajului, vom oferi o serie de invitatii, prin tragere la sorti, la evenimentul &#8220;Social Media Professionals&#8221; din cadrul Webstock.</p>
<p>In grupul de pe LinkedIn, voi cauta sa duc periodic resurse esentiale legate de job-ul generic de &#8220;social media strategist&#8221;, anunturi de recrutare si sa creez un loc de brainstorming. Va fi probabil si &#8220;scanteia&#8221; care va reaprinde <em>Social Media Club</em>, o serie de intalniri pe care mi-o doresc de ceva vreme si pentru care am realizat un pilot anul trecut. La fel, daca crezi ca se potriveste cu activitatile tale, te invit sa intri in <a href="http://linkd.in/SMPRomania  " target="_blank">grup</a>.</p>
<p>Dorinta mea este de a crea o comunitate a celor care lucreaza deja in social media sau integreaza in <em>job description</em> activitati specifice.</p>

<p>Am inceput anul trecut o colaborare cu <a href="http://daedalus.ro" target="_blank">Daedalus Millward Brown</a> prin care ne propunem sa oferim oamenilor de marketing si comunicare o serie de informatii utile despre social media. Am prezentat &#8220;<a href="http://www.slideshare.net/evensys/whos-getting-social-in-romania" target="_blank">Who&#8217;s getting social in Romania</a>&#8221; la <em>Webstock</em>, apoi &#8220;<a href="http://www.slideshare.net/evensys/tagged-mapping-up-romanian-segments-of-social-networks-users" target="_blank">Tagged &#8211; mapping up romanian segments of social networks users</a>&#8221; la <em>Social Networks Conference </em>in 2010. Am continuat cu &#8220;<a href="http://www.slideshare.net/evensys/jurnalul-digital-al-utilizatorului-de-internet-din-romania-7108406" target="_blank">Jurnalul digital al utilizatorului de Internet din Romania</a>&#8221; la <em>Digital Marketing Forum</em>, iar ieri la Social Networks, Daniel Enescu (general manager, Daedalus) a prezentat rezultatele unui nou studiu despre retelele sociale.</p>
<p>In prezentarea de mai sus veti vedea multe lucruri interesante despre campaniile brandurilor. Cei care au participat la eveniment au avut parte si de explicatii din partea Daedalus. Cei care nu au reusit sa ajunga, dar vor sa afle detalii, sunt rugati sa contacteze compania de research.</p>

Pe baza acestor date, companiile prezente in retelele sociale isi pot face o idee cat mai buna despre consumatorul roman activ in online.</p>
<p>Iata cateva cifre preluate din studiu:</p>
<ul>
<li> 46% dintre romanii care folosesc in prezent retelele sociale online citesc sau scriu pe diverse bloguri;</li>
<li> 21% dintre utilizatorii romani de retele sociale se logheaza atunci cand sunt in miscare (pe drum);</li>
<li> Utilizatorii de retele sociale romani au vazut, in medie, 6 marci comunicand in retelele sociale, in prima jumatate a lui 2011.</li>
</ul>
<p>La eveniment vom prezenta care sunt marcile cele mai active in acest spatiu si cum le percep consumatorii. Nu ratati deci ultimele zile de inscriere!</p>

</ul>

<p>Va aratam recent rezultatele sondajului <a href="http://www.manafu.ro/2011/03/social-media-prime-time-in-romania/" target="_blank">Social Media Prime Time</a> si cei care au rasfoit prezentarea au utut vedea ca la noi cele mai bune ore pentru citit bloguri, scris pe Facebook si pe Twitter sunt dimineata (8.00 &#8211; 12.00) si seara (18.00 &#8211; 22.00). HubSpot, una din firmele de consultanta in social media cunoscute, a publicat cateva date interesante despre cele mai bune momente din zi in care sa trimitem e-mail-uri, sa postam in social media (Twitter si Facebook) si sa publicam pe bloguri.</p>

<p>La finalul anului trecut, lansam pe blog &#8220;provocarea&#8221; <em>Social Media Prime Time</em>, un sondaj online prin care vroiam sa aflu cand intra pe bloguri, Twitter si Facebook utilizatorii romani si cat timp petrec. A fost un simplu chestionar online, fara o metodologie anume, de aceea rezultatele nu trebuie considerate reprezentative la nivel national. Insa au rol orientativ si ne pot da o mica idee despre comportamentul oamenilor in social media.</p>
<p>Voi incerca sa refac acest demers intr-o maniera profesionista (alaturi de o companie de cercetare). Pana atunci insa, sper sa gasiti utile aceste rezeultate, caci pentru mine cu siguranta au fost si sunt. Ma ajuta sa stiu cand e cel mai bine sa vorbesc cu audienta tintita. Pe voi va ajuta?</p>

<p>La Digital Marketing Forum, saptamana trecuta, am prezentat si rezultatele primul studiu despre felul in care romanii consuma Internetul. Intitulata &#8220;<em>Digital Diary</em>&#8220;, cercetarea realizata de <a href="http://daedalus.ro" target="_blank">Daedalus</a> la cererea <a href="http://evensys.ro" target="_blank">Evensys</a>, aduce o serie de informatii utile tuturor celor care activeaza in mediul online: de la <em>publisheri</em> la <em>marketeri</em>.<span id="more-8633"></span></p>
<p>Cei care au fost prezenti la eveniment au asistat la o prezentare spectaculoasa sustinuta de Daniel Enescu, seful Daedalus. Am zis si pe Twitter in timpul conferintei ca este cea mai tare prezentare pe care am vazut-o eu despre un studiu (care poate fi oricand <em>boring</em> daca este proiectat si citit doar). Daniel a tinut toata sala cu ochii si urechile concentrate pe el tot timpul!</p>
<p>Iata cateva date care mi-au atras mie atentia. Pe restul va las sa le &#8220;savurati&#8221; singuri in prezentarea de mai sus.</p>
<ul>
<li> Citirea informatiilor (presa, bloguri, forumuri, browsing) ocupa cea mai mare parte din timpul petrecut online.</li>
<li> Urmeaza retelele sociale.</li>
<li> Femeile sunt mai active pe retelele sociale si messenger.</li>
<li> Barbatii sunt campioni la online video.</li>
<li> Principala activitate complementara navigatului pe web este vorbitul la telefon.</li>
<li> Urmeaza discutia fata in fata (peste monitor probabil).</li>
</ul>

<p>A trecut inca o editie a <a href="http://digitalforum.ro" target="_blank">Digital Marketing Forum</a>, eveniment care a adunat in cele doua zile in jur de 350 de persoane, unde am prezentat rezultatele studiului independent &#8220;<em>Online Leading Brands in Romania</em>&#8220;, realizat la <a href="http://www.gemius.com/" target="_blank">Gemius</a> la initiativa <a href="http://evensys.ro" target="_blank">Evensys</a>. A fost prima data cand am comparat evolutia brandurilor romanesti si din 4 categorii de produse si servicii luate in calcul, ceea ce a aratat cine au fost campionii in online in ultimul an. <em>Rom</em>, <em>BCR</em>, <em>Vodafone</em>, <em>Ursus</em> si altii au avut o evolutie foarte buna, se pare.</p>
