Sa scot in fata &#8211; pe acest blog &#8211; persoane din companii care au clar atributii (si mai ales functii) legate de social media. Cred ca e o buna ocazie de a arata ca apar astfel de job-uri in companii  si a vedea ce presupun acestea. Asadar daca ai un job care tine de social media, mi-ar placea sa ne cunoastem.</p>
<p>In completarea, acestei idei, voi populariza pe blog ofertele de job-uri in acest domeniu. Si chiar am una acum, dar astept pe mail si altele (cand vor aparea).<span id="more-6073"></span></p>
<p>O companie destul de mare (din Bucuresti) cauta o persoana care sa se ocupe de programele sale de social media. Job-ul are un potential bun de dezvoltare profesionala in aceasta zona si ma astept sa vad multe proiecte mari in perioada urmatoare. Cei interesati <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">imi pot trimite</span> CV-urile (sunt parte din echipa de recrutare) pe adresa: <em>manafu [@] gmail [.] com</em>. Se cere evident o experienta minima personala in social media si cel putin un an intr-un alt job relevant in comunicare (online, offline, jurnalism, PR etc). Includeti in CV si detalii despre prezenta / activitatea voastra in social media.</p>
<p><strong>UPDATE:</strong> Am incheiat colectarea CV-urilor. Mult succes tuturor celor care au aplicat!</p>

<p>Lasand rautatile la o parte, succesul lui Bieber se datoreaza in buna parte si interesului sau fata de social media. Doar a fost descoperit pe YouTube! Mai mult, baiatul asta a interactionat mult pe Twitter cu fanii clipurilor sale online cand inca era un necunoscut, atingand 1.000.000 de followers inainte de debutul sau oficial.</p>

Si nu pentru ca tocmai gustasera din produsele Trenta in pauza, ci pentru ca Andrei punea pe un ecran rezultatele concrete ale <a href="http://www.facebook.com/trentapizza.ro" target="_blank">campaniilor lor pe Facebook</a>, care arata cam asa:<span id="more-6018"></span></p>

<li> 270 clienti noi lunar care comanda 950 pizza</li>
<li> 22.350 RON incasati din comenzile pe Facebook</li>
<li> 3 ore zilnic timp alocat prezentei pe facebook</li>
<li> 0 RON investitie efectiva</li>
</ul>
<p>O alta afacere de profil, <a href="http://www.facebook.com/dominium.romania" target="_blank">Dominium</a>, un lant de restaurante in plina expansiune, a pornit o campanie pe Facebook gen &#8220;printeaza acest cupon si ai 50% discount&#8221; pentru o perioada scurta de timp, pentru ca de ieri sa o <a href="http://www.nwradu.ro/2010/08/pizza-dominium-50-reducere-la-pizza-pana-la-sfarsitul-anului-prin-facebook/" target="_blank">prelungeasca</a> pana la finalul anului. Nu am inca date despre vanzarile lor.</p>
<p>La <a href="http://socialnetworks.ro" target="_blank">Social Networks Conference</a>, in octombrie, ne propunem sa aducem in prim plan cat mai multe studii de caz si povesti de succes pe Facebook si in retelele sociale. Suntem acum in faza in care strangem studii de caz si pimesc propuneri la <em>manafu [@] gmail [.] com</em>. Imi doresc sa aduc la eveniment exemple cat mai relevante din peisajul online local.</p>

Am ales atunci sa oferim acces la acest ghid doar prin intermediul unui QR Code. Acum insa, cei interesati il pot descarca foarte usor de <a href="http://facebook.strategist.ro/" target="_blank">aici</a>.</p>
<p>La momentul respectiv, am primit comentarii de genul: &#8220;<em>Cu tot respectul, ai putea sa ingreunezi mai mult accesarea ghidului?</em>&#8221; sau &#8220;<em>Care e scopul QR Code? Sa faca dificila accesarea?</em>&#8220;.</p>
<p>Am folosit un QR Code pentru ca am vrut, pe de o parte, sa popularizez mai mult acest tip de acces si sa vad, pe de alta parte, cati oameni vor citi efectiv codul.<span id="more-5984"></span></p>
<p>147 persoane au accesat codul, un numar mai mare decat orice asteptare avuta. Ba mai mult, aproape 500 de persoane au descarcat ghidul, cei mai multi primind link-ul de la persoane care trecusera de QR Code, conferind o oarecare &#8220;viralitate&#8221;.</p>
<p>Cred ca nu peste mult timp vom vedea din ce in ce mai mult QR Codes in campanii de advertising sau chiar in simple comunicari. Viitorul apartine si codurilor 2D!</p>

Imposibil de crezut, nu? Eu unul as plati. Si as plati si pentru Google, WordPress si chiar pentru Facebook. Evident vorbesc despre sume decente. Deja platesc pentru Gmail si Flickr.</p>
<p>Cum imi plac tare mult sondajele, am intrebat separat pe Twitter si Facebook daca ati fi dispusi sa platiti pentru cele doua servicii. Va invit sa raspundeti asadar, cu rugamintea de a accesa sondajele acolo unde le-am anuntat initial: <a href="http://twitter.com/manafu" target="_blank">aici</a> pe Twitter si <a href="http://facebook.com/manafu" target="_blank">aici</a> pe Facebook.</p>
