<p><a href="http://www.edelman.com/trust/2011/" target="_blank">Edelman</a>, una din cele mai mari agentii de PR din ume, a publicat recent raportul sau anual &#8220;<em>Trust Barometer</em>&#8220;. Il vedeti mai sus. Din el am extras cateva idei interesante si de retinut pentru oamenii din companii.<span id="more-8251"></span></p>

<li>Firmele de tehnologie, din auto si telecom se bucura de cel mai inal grad de incredere.</li>
<li>La polul opus sunt firmele de asigurari, bancile si companiile ce ofera servicii financiare.</li>
<li>La reputatia unei corporatii contribuie cel mai mult calitatea inalta a produselor si serviciilor oferite, transparenta in practicile de business, increderea pe care o inspira si tratamentul bun oferit angajatilor.</li>
<li>Conteaza insa mai putin inovatia si admiratia ca lider.</li>
<li>Informatiile despre o companie se bucura de o credibilitate mai mare daca vin de la experti, specialisti tehnici si analisti din industrie.</li>
<li>Parerea oamenilor in general si a angajatilor obisnuiti conteaza mai putin.</li>
<li>Prima sursa de informatii despre o companie e cautata in motoarele de cautare apoi pe site-urile de stiri.</li>
<li>Surprinzator (pentru mine), oamenii cauta mai putin informatii despre companii in social media.</li>
<li>Oamenii au nevoie in general sa auda o stire de 3-5 ori inainte sa o considere adevarata.</li>
</ul>
<p>Ma uit la ideile de mai sus si ma gandesc la o companie acum ca la un website. Un produs online bun e facut de oameni care cunosc meserie (experti, oameni tehnici), merge foarte bine, nu are probleme tehnice, raspunde nevoilor publicului (calitatea serviciilor), are un design simplu, fara Flash (nu conteaza inovatia), este bine optimizat pentru motoarele de cautare (unde cauta oamenii informatii) si se bucura de actualizari constante (nevoia de a auzi in mod repetat anumite informatii).</p>
<p><span style="color: #888888;"><em>In fiecare miercuri voi publica pe blog un studiu interesant despre comunicare, social media, advertising sau marketing. Urmareste asadar seria “<a href="../category/research/" target="_blank">Research</a>“ pentru cele mai noi statistici.</em></span></p>

<p>Un <a href="http://www.edelman.com/trust/2010/" target="_blank">studiu</a> recent, realizat de agentia de PR Edelman, a revelat insa ca increderea in prietenii din social media este in scadere si nu in crestere, cum probabil ne-am fi inchipuit.</p>

Asa cum arata graficul de mai sus, in 2008, peste 45% dintre cei intervievati spuneau ca au incredere in prieteni ca surse de informatii. In 2010, doar 25% din respondenti (din 22 de tari) recunosteau acest lucru. Din acelasi grafic, aflam cum a scazut si increderea in <em>old media</em>.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Cum a aparut aceasta scadere pe fondul cresterii importantei retelelor sociale in viata noastra online de zi cu zi? Probabil chiar de aici, sunt de parere cei de la <a href="http://blog.hubspot.com/blog/tabid/6307/bid/5569/Shocking-Edelman-Survey-Results-Reveal-Less-Trust-in-Social-Media-Referrals.aspx" target="_blank">HubSpot</a>, care pun acest declin pe seama imprietenirii facile pe Twitter si Facebook. Cum am putea avea incredere in toti &#8220;prietenii&#8221; din retelele sociale?</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Twitter si Facebook isi vor continua ascensiunea intre media consumate. Cred insa ca blogurile vor ramane probabil sursele de incredere in social media. Vorbesc aici de acele jurnale care au avut discursuri constructive si argumentate. Sunt deci de parere ca increderea nu se castiga in 140 de caractere. Trebuie sa construiesti si sa intretii o relatie mai intai. Voi ce credeti?</p>

Ce am aflat? Desi <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/chart-of-the-day-magazines-newsstand-sales-decline-jul-dec-2009-vs-2008-2010-2" target="_blank">revistele</a> sunt pe duca, titlurile de business inca reprezinta o sursa credibila atunci cand vorbim de informatii despre companii. Mai mult, chiar si sursele oficiale (corporate communication) au o mai mare importanta decat retelele sociale.</p>
